Abstract

To achieve innovation success,it is very important for the enterprise to have scientific and systematic management of the process and risks in technology innovation. In the article, the innovation process is first analyzed, which is divided into seven stages including innovation assumption, investigation and assessment, research and development, middle test, batch production,after-sale service and feedback. The source of innovation risk is then analyzed. The possible innovation risk is classified into four categories: technology risk, market risk, organizing risk and environment risk. The purpose of the present study is to help enterprises identify risks effectively and take countermeasure to minimize potential losses and maximize potential gains.
