Relating the Thoughts of Reducing the Lawsuit Resource Consumption

Abstract

The contradiction between the limitation of lawsuit resource and the increasing lawsuit demand can not be avoided in the judicial reform.How to make use of the limited lawsuit resource to get the maximizing lawsuit benefit is the problem that needs attention.In analyzing the elements that affect the consumption of lawsuit resource,this article draws the measures to decrease the consume of lawsuit resources.
