Abstract

The joint-toxicity of the insecticide mixture of abamectin and imidacloprid in Maruca testutalis Geyer werestudied by leaf immersion method and spectrophotometry method. The results showed that the insecticide mixture ofabamectin and imidacloprid by the ratio of 9∶125 had a significantly synergistic toxicity to Maruca testutalis andwas significantly joint-inhibition coefficient to carboxylesterase activity in Maruca testutalis.
