Abstract
OBJECTIVE Near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy with partial least squares (NIRS-PLS) was applied to establish a quantitative analysis model for rifampicin determination in rifampicin capsules.METHODS A calibration model has been developed by partial least squares with near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy for determination of rifampicin capsules.RESULTS In this model,the regression coefficient (r) in rifampicin determination was 0.952 5,the root mean square error of cross-validation (RMSECV) was 0.007 3,and the root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) was 0.007 7.CONCLUSION This result demonstrates that the method has high precision of prediction.With advantages of facility,rapidity,non-destruction,no pollution,this method was a rapid method for non-destruction analysis for medicine.
