Abstract

The word “emotion”, which puzzles Xue Tao, a female poet in the middle of Tang dynasty, permeated her whole life. The trace of the past in form of ardent expectation for fair love and fruitless waiting in his poetry has impressed readers with beauty and sorrow. It's natural that her poetry has given off fragrant and emotional charm for centuries.
