Abstract
To insure the oscilloscope can be trace to the value of a quantity,this paper proposes a design of the oscilloscope’s testing system that can realize the test in locale based on LabVIEW modular Instrumentation. According to the virtual instrument principle,we can connect the NI modules with the bus of PXI,accomplish the communication of USB,RS-232,GPIB interface with VISA,and the oscilloscope is drived by the IVI ,realize the test of the stimulant or digital oscilloscope. Based on the system,we can also realize the test of signal generator,cymometer and digital multimeter through the modular Instrumentation’s combination. The system’function can be extend by a long way and has a comprehensive foreground.
