Abstract

The extracts with different solvents from mycelia of 12 strains of Beauveria bassiana were analyzed for their antioxidant activities in different test systems. The results showed that all kinds of extracts had effects on scavenging 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radicals(DPPH) and hydroxyl radicals(·OH).The extracts by ethylacetate higher bioactivity of scavenging free radicals with the highest scavenging rate at 71.54%,while the extracts by MeOH showed lower free radical scavenging activity with the highest scavenging rates of DPPH radicals and hydroxyl radicals at 36% and 38.96% respectively after 30 min.The activities of scavenging free radicals of the 12 strains were different significantly.
