Abstract
Recombinant plasmid containing pcDNA3 1(+)human IL 2 gene was constructed The drug resistant cell line was transfected with the constructed plasmid by lipofectin, and the tumor cell colonies which contained the IL 2 sequence were selected by G418 The expression of IL 2 and drug resistant related gene were determined by RT PCR The chemosensitivity of the gene transfected tumor cells and the non transfected cell lines to MTX , VP 16 , KSM ,TAXOL and 5 Fu were determined by the MTT cytotoxicity assay The transfected cells expressed human IL 2 gene and showed the reversal of multidrug resistance by MTT assay The transfected cells had no MDR1 expression on the mRNA level
