Some Reflections on Building Harmonious Enterprises

Abstract
A harmonious business enterprise refers to the enterprise whose internal and external relations are coordinated,equal,mutually assisting,honest and friendly,and harmonious.It is of great significance to build harmonious enterprises for establishing and implementing the scientific concept of development and achieving the sustainable development of enterprises.The construction of harmonious enterprises requires successfully handling the relations in such aspects as economical and social responsibilities of enterprises,efficiency and equality in income distribution.
