He Dong Prefecture(河东郡),which was adjacent to the capital city of Han Danasty,had an important position in Han Empire and the agricultural economy of this prefecture also occupied the front rank in the empire.Many history records always made a comment that the social customs of He Dong Prefecture was of simplicity and civilization.The assessment seemed simple and obsolete.Actually in that times,there was the martial spirit and law spirit in both the ruling class and the common people.and the confucianism in this prefecture was not in prosperity.This condition was related to a series of historical events in the prefecture since Warring States.
