Abstract

To keep the medical technical cadre can produce many results and many discourses, it is expounded in this article that the medical technical cadre should possess the science and technology consciousness, that is: the self confident consciousness, having a rough time consciousness, moving the pen consciousness, the informational consciousness, enlisting the consciousness, cooperating the consciousness.
