Efficacy Analysis of 120 Cases of Endodontic Periapical Disease with Root Canal Treatment

Objective To further study and discuss the clinical effects of single-visit root canal treatment and graded root canal treatment for endodontic periapical disease,as to provide guidance and help for clinical research.Methods 120 patients with endodontic periapical disease in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group received the single-visit root canal treatment,while the control group received the graded root canal treatment.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had less inflammation disappeared time and pain subsided time(P0.05).Conclusions For patients with endodontic periapical disease,single-visit root canal treatment has better curative effect compared with graded root canal treatment,which is the reliable choice for endodontic periapical disease.
