Analysis of the Government's Executive Ability on the Theory of Manpower Resources

The government's executive ability is a core element which should not be ignored by the government itself.It is also a significant prerequisite for government to perform its duties as well as improving its own legitimate existence.The effectiveness of a government depends on the policy-making executive ability in the aspect of politics.Nevertheless,many administration systems and regulations made by central and local governments can not carry out the routine administrative duties,because of the lack of high-efficient executive ability.Thus,the prestige and public reliance of system are totally disappeared and the function of the government organization itself is also badly influenced.
