Abstract

From the angel of legislation,China' lawmaking of service trade lags far behind its practice.Since we entering into WTO,complete system in this research field has not yet shaped.Like other WTO members,China has to open her service industry and perform international service trade in accordance with the new multi-lateral regulations.Having analyzed the opening siuation of our country's service trade,we find that there not only exist some problems in the legislation of the service trade,but also exist a great gap when compared with the GATS.Therefore,we have to establish the sustaining law system of service trade.
