Abstract
Based on up-synchronization,smart antennas and joint detectionand other new technologies,baton handover is adapted,as one of the key techniques in TD-SCDMA mobile communication system.However the existing baton handover algorithms usually set the handover decision threshold in accordance with the absolute value of signals deviation.To cope with variousUE mobile speeds and radio environments,a delay-time algorithmbased on slope of signals deviation for handover decision is proposed.Computer simulation indicates the good performance of handover ratio and call-drop ratio is proved.
