Construction problems of subject librarian system in local university

In this paper,the basic conditions of the subject librarians system construction are introduced,the problems during the construction are analyzed,and some countermeasures are proposed,such as the managing idea,the connection between subject service system and other service system,the subject service target and the choice of service models,and the subject librarian's self-improvement and teamwork.By combining with the library of Liaoning Science and Technology University,the methods and process of the subject service are discussed.
