Practical Teaching Improvement and Innovation

Practical teaching is one of effective teaching methods of training students' research ability,practical ability and creative ability.Practical teaching improvement is necessary if we want to train the qualified students' accordant with the society.This paper ap-proaches the subject from different aspects of practical teaching improvement,teaching management,teaching environment and teaching training.The significance of cultivating students' innovation ability and how to strengthen students' quality education in university experiment teaching were discussed,and some way of cultivating students' innovation thought and ability was presented,which offers new model for higher education now,and it could be used for interrelated specialty running a school at the same time.
