Abstract

Establish the gear model of the Ruijin F series reducer by Pro/E then use ANSYS to carry out the static analysis and separate the parts of the gear in detail. After vibration modal analysis,we get the first 15 natural frequencies and modal of the reducer gear’s vibration type.Through further research and improvement we can avoid structural resonance or make the vibration on the specific frequency which can make work more efficient and product life better.
