Abstract
china's economic is at the stage of transition,i.e.,marketization,urbanization,etc..A s the result,China should shift its formally economic growth style to economic development,which has the relationship with sustainable development.Economic development needs the transformation of three levels,i.e.,to build independent economic system,to free the industry from the comparative advantage traps,to make the firm achieve independent innovation.
