Abstract

With the early diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer are widely developing,the percentage of cervical precancerous lesion and early stage cervical carcinoma are increasing.As a conization of cervix reserving fertility,loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)has simple,easy,little bleeding and some more advantages and has been used in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).This article reviewed the studies on LEEP in treatment of CIN,and its basic principle,clinical effects,pathological diagnosis and its impacts on fertility.
