Abstract

In this article, with K(SbO)C4H4O6·1/2H2O and Se powder as Sb and Se source as well as the self-prepared quaternary ammonium salt of 2-undecyl-1-dithioureido-ethyl-imidazoline(SUDEI) as the surfactant, different morphologic Sb2Se3 nanocrystals have been synthesized via a hydrothermal route at 150 ℃ for 24 h.The prepared Sb2Se3 samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Effects of the reaction conditions on the morphology of Sb2Se3 nanocrystals were also discussed.
