The Change and Development of Fair Use System of Copyright in Digital Environment

The fair use system is the main institution of regulations on restraining the use of copyright in the copyright law of various countries all over the world.This system allows some people to propagate and use for free the works which are protected by the copyright law on condition that these actions conform to the fair use in copyright law. Digital environment makes the traditional way of fair use,perhaps,no longer reasonable.This paper focuses on the analysis of the change and growing tendency of fair use system in the digital network environment.
