Analysis therapeutic result of 80 cases of chronic gastritis by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine

Abstract

Objective:Analysis of the therapeutic effect of chronic gastritis by combination traditional with Western medicine.Methods:142 cases of chronic gastritis were dignosed by electronic diagnostic endoscopy and biopsy, and Hp test checks at the same time.Patients were divided into two groups.One was the therapeutic group including 80 cases, the other was the control group including 62 cases.The therapeutic was treated by traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of western medicine.The prescriptions were selected by determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs.The control group was treated by Western medicine.Obsreve the effect of the two groups.Results:After two months of treatment,the effective rate of control group was 75.81% and that of therapertic group was 90.00%.There was significant differences between the two groups, P0.05.Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is an effective way, which is economical, fewer side effects for chronic gastritis.
