Abstract

A new species, Sinocyclocheilus flexuosdorsalis sp. nov. was found from a cave of Hongshuihe River in Tianshengqian Twon, Longlin County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China in July 2011. It can be distinguished from its congeners by the combination of the following characters: branched dorsal fin 8; has protrusion-like structurer between head and trunk in dody back, and bent down to parietal; snout long.
