Abstract

The training model of the male SD rats was established in the hypoxic tent system simulating hypoxic environment of 3,000m altitude to study effects of intemittent hypoxia and exercise for four weeks on serum NOS,NO,SOD,MDA in stimulated plateau training rats. The results showed after four weeks of intermittent hypoxia and exercise, the serum NOS,NO,SOD level in rats increased significantly, and serum MDA decreased significantly.
