Abstract
Objective To investigate the change of HA,LN,IVC in the serum of chronic liver diseases and the relationship between the hepatic fibrosis and hepatic function or hepatic carcinoma index. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the serum level of HA,LN,IVC in patients with chronic hepatitis B (69 cases),hepatitis B cirrhosis (48 cases),primary hepatic carcinoma (36 cases) and healthy control(30 cases) ,while hepatic function index including ALB,TBIL,AST,ALT,γGT and hepatic carcinoma index(AFP) were detected. Results The serum levels of HA,LN,IVC in the patients with primary carcinoma of liver or hepatocirrhosis increased obviously compared with those in the healthy subjects and HA was highlight. HA,LN,IVC showed an obvious positive correlation to TBIL,AST,ALT andγGT,while negative correlation with ALB,whereas no significient relationship was found between fibrosis index and AFP. Conclusion Joint detection of serum HA,LN,IVC is of higher significance in clinical diagnosis. There was correlation between the serum fibrosis index and function index, but without significant relation between the serum fibrosis index and AFP.
