Analysis of one Therapy of Using Xuefuzhuyu Tang to Assistantly Treat Ecchymosis After Circumcision

Objective:Discuss the effect of Xuefuzhuyu tang used in treating the ecchymosis of glans and hypophloeodal tissue of penis after circumcision.Methods:80 patients which are discovered ecchymosis after conventional circumcision.Divided into two groups at random,one has 42 patients which accept the treatment of Xuefuzhuyu tang named treatment group;another has 38 patients not accept the treatment named control group.Then observe and contrast the time that the two groups need to clear off the ecchymosis.Results:80 patients are all cured.But the time they need to cure the ecchymosis is different.The average time used by the treatment group is 5.5 day,no one is infected;but the control group is 7.8 day,even after two weeks 4 patients have varying degrees of ecchymosis,and one patient is infected.Conclusion:The tradional Chinese medicine Xuefuzhuyu tang has obvious curative effect in treating the ecchymosis after circumcision.It should be popularized as a safe and effective way for treat the ecchymosis after circumcision.
