On The Advantages and Disadvantages of Backwardness in the Economic Development of Hunan Province

Abstract
This paper discusses the definition and connotation of advantages and disadvantages of backwardness and, then, analyzes the major advantages and disadvantages of backwardness which has appeared in the economic development of Hunan province. On this basis, this paper states that the key point of developing Hunan economy is to overcome the disadvantages of backwardness, strengthen the advantages of backwardness and transform the disadvantages of backwardness into advantages of backwardness by adjusting other conditions.
