Abstract
Objective:To analyze the possible influence factors in different weaning groups.Method:126 patients with respiratory failure were classified as simple weaning group(n=59),difficult weaning group(n=37) and prolonged weaning group(n=30),and their clinical data were analyzed.Result:1.There were significant difference among the three groups on APACHE-II score,the length of ICU stay,and PaO_2/FiO_2(P0.05) 2.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was still main reason of respiratory failure.Conclusion:The severity and the oxygenation condition of patients may predict the difficulty of weaning.Hypothyroidism and neuromuscular disease shouldn't be ignored for the patients who have the tendency of difficult weaning.
