Abstract
This paper is to study the effect of college sports clubs on students' physical health education. Data collected from various kinds of survey shows that sports clubs have a positive effect on developing students' awareness of sports and forming a habit to actively take part in physical training. The results show that some positive changes can be noticed in students' physical health with their involvement in sports clubs, and the change of their concept of value for health is also noticeable.
