Study of CNC Machining Simulation and Optimization Based on VERICUT

Abstract

As a special software,VERICUT is designed for manufacturing,which provides both CNC machining simulation and optimization.This paper introduces Machine Simulation and the OptiPath module,and elaborates the steps of CNC machining simulation and optimization in VERICUT.The analysis of this paper shows that VERICUT has advantage of simulation and optimization.
