Abstract
Total 478 strains of Fusarium fungi were isolated from 43 cucumber wilt plants from cucumber greenhouse in eight cities of China by general tissue isolation method.According to morphological identification, these strains belonged to seven species, which were Fusarium oxysporum(77.62%),F.acuminatum(0.21%),Fusarium equiseti(3.97%),Fusarium solani(15.48%),Fusarium semi-tectum(1.46%),Fusarium verticillioides(0.84%),and Fusarium proliferatum(0.42%).The virulences of all strains were identified. The results showed that Fusarium oxysporum was the only pathogen of cucumber wilt disease, and the disease incidence was 71.43%;while other strains were not the disease, which showed that other strains were non-pathogenic strains.
