Abstract

Objective:To investigate the common asthma's allergen in Shanghai.Dermatophagoides farinae and dermatophagoides pteronyssinus were most mostly and strong allergens.Inspiratory allergens were more strong sensitive than alimentary allergens.Methods:We carried out skin prick test with allergopharma standardized reagent in 230 asthmatic patients.Results:A positive skin prick test result to at least one allergen was found in 63% of patients.85 cases(37%)manifested negative response.Conclusion:Dust mite was mostly and strong allergen in Shanghai's asthma sufferers.
