Abstract
Twenty Simmental crossbred beef cattle at the age of 2 years old were selected in the study and divided into experimental and control groups for a 50-d trial,two groups received the same concentrate, experimental group was fed the whole plant corn silage,while the control group fed the dry corn stalk on- ly.The results showed that beef cattle in experimental group gained 0.383 kg more body weight per day than control group(P<0.05),the average daily net income per animal of experimental group was 1.91 RMB yuan higher than that of control group,which obtained the greater economic return.
