Abstract

The following result is proved:Let X be the inverse limit of an inverse system {X_α,π~α_β,Λ} and λ the cardinal number of Λ.Suppose each projection π_α:X→X_α is an open and onto map and X is hereditarily λ-paracompact.If each X_α is hereditarily Orthocampact, then X is hereditarily Orthocampact.
