Abstract
Premium rate of children basic medical insurance refers to the proportion between premiums of basic medical insurance that policyholder namely insurants who foster children pay and wages in one period(generally a month) form the viewpoint of social average level after children become the insurants of basic medical insurance system.The premium rate of children basic medical insurance should adapt to the basic function of basic medical insurance,namely it must guarantee the resident's basic medical security,adapt to the economic development and contribute to the fully use and optimum allocation of resource.The premium rate model of children basic medical insurance is constructed.Furthermore,this model provides a measuring of the premium rate of children basic medical insurance and gives some policy implications.
