Protoplast Fusion in Yeast

In this paper, the research view of protoplast fusion technique on the application to the yeast-breeding was related introduced and evaluated,and operating points,methods and technology parameters were also detailed introduced in protoplast preparation ,regeneration, fusing and fusant selecting .Protoplast fusion provides a wider prospect for the development of fermentation industry.
