Abstract
Objective:Comparing Se-enriched Salvia miltiorrhiza and Salvia miltiorrhiza content of effective components.Methods:A high performance liquid chromatographic method determination.Results:In Se-enriched Salvia miltiorrhiza fat-soluble components TanshinoneⅡA content of about 2.7times higher than in Salvia miltiorrhiza;In Se-enriched Salvia miltiorrhiza water-soluble components Danshensu content of about 3 times higher than in Salvia miltiorrhiza.Conclusion:Se-enriched cultivating Salvia miltiorrhiza can improve the content of active ingredients in Salvia miltiorrhiza.
