Abstract

By reading ancient literature, to study the forming mechanism of evolution of phlegm and blood stasis in coronary heart disease, from four aspects including improper diet, weakness of the spleen and stomach, phlegm accumulation in the heart, phlegm coagulation and blood stasis in the heart. The basic reason is the improper diet and weakness of spleen and stomach, which leads to the disorder of transportation, the dei ciency of vital qi, inner rising of the phlegm turbid, ultimately the accumulation of phlegm and blood in the heart. It points out that the injury tissue and organs of phlegm and blood stasis are the heart, spleen and blood pulse, the main pathology is phlegm and blood stasis. And the phlegm coagulation and blood stasis is the inevitable development in coronary heart disease.
