Abstract
The academic norm is a basic rules and requirements of academic research activities.Establishing a strict academic standards system in the study of law is the security law research progress and innovation need,and also the guarantee of good law environment needs.However,the current law research exists in weak awareness of academic norms,professional for the poor.Therefore,the study of law should focus on formation of good academic,and the establishment of professional legal studies academic standards system.
