Clinical curative effects of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis

Abstract

Objective:To observe and analyze of the laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis.Methods:60 patients with acute cholecystitis patients were selected and given to laparoscopic cholecystectomy,while the operative time,blood loss,recovery of gastrointestinal function were observed,and by the hand of the data for statistical processing and analysis.Results:The operative time was(75.0±10.0) min,blood loss was(62.0±9.0) ml,postoperative discharge time was(12.0±4.0) h,recovery of gastrointestinal function was(2.0±0.5) d,length of hospital stay was(6.0±1.0) d and the quality of life score after two months was(125±2) points better than the score after two weeks(P0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis is an effective,more humane surgery.
