Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the superiority of digital mammography in diagnosis of small breast cancer.Methods:Fifty seven patients with small breast cancer proved pathologically,were vealuated with digital mammography and common mammography.Results:Digital mammography demonstrated breast cancer in 51 cases,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 89.4%,95.0%,90.9%;respectively while common mammography revealed in 46 cases,the sensitivity and specificity were 80.7% and 85.0%,respectively,with the accuracy of 81.8%.Conclusion:Digital mammography surpass common mammography in sensitivity,and accuracy in diagnosis of breast cancer.
