Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical application value of cervical cytology screening in gynecological diseases census. Methods Cervical smear cytology was done on 4532 married reproductive women in the rural area of Haixizhou Delingha city for gynecological diseases census. Results Among the 4532patients with cervical smear specimen,there were 77 cases( 1. 7%) of ASC-US10 cases( 0. 22%) of ASC-H,2 cases( 0. 04%) of LSIL level,premalignant lesion was not found in the 89 patients after further inspection so far. Cervical disease screening results: cervical hypertrophy 454 cases forming a prevalence rate of 10. 02%; cervical erosion of 348 cases forming a prevalence rate of 7. 68%; cervical satisfied capsule 111cases,forming a prevalence rate of 2. 45%; 32 cases of cervical polyp,forming a prevalence rate of 0. 71%.Conclusion Cervical cytology used for screening of cervical lesions,can provide information for the early detection of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions change,early discovery,early prevention and early treatment have important clinical practical value for gynecological disease census in rural and pastoral area.
