Abstract
The establishment of the right of university regulation is the embodiment of the right for self-management of the university.As campus behaviour regulation,university regulation has the legal properties of abstract administrative behaviour,self-governing regulation,standard documentation under the rules,etc..University regulation plays an important role in normalizing teaching,scientific research,etc.but it is not always completed and should be improved in practice.
