Abstract

This paper analyzes the situations and background of IPv6 and IPv4 intercommunication and introduces that IPv4 is transformed into IPv6.As IPv4 hosts access IPv6 hosts based on NAT-PT only with the aid of DNS-ALG,the solution with Class E address mapping IPv6 address is described and the bottleneck of IPv4 to IPv6 transformation is relieved at a certain extent.
