Abstract
The human capital investment at present has already become an important factor in the regional tourism industry development in China.Starting with the analysis of the vital role of the human capital investment to the tourism industry,taking East China as the reference standard,this paper empirically researches the influence of the human capital investment to the tourism industry development in West China through contrasting with East China,and further analyses the problems of the human capital investment in the West China,and finally proposes some related countermeasures.
