Now the phenomena of excess liquidity,relatively low interest rates and unprecedented prosperity in China's real estate market are similar to the situations before subprime crisis in USA in many ways.China's real estate market must take this as a warning to guide consumers' consumption psychology,through establishing scientific and reasonable pricing mechanism on real estate,focusing on volatility with the characteristics of the real estate market,preventing blind credit expansion,increasing supervision on manipulating behaviors of the local government in real estate industry,and integrating all kinds of resources in real estate market,to avoid collapse of the real estate bubble,and finally realize sustainable development of China's real estate market.
