Influences of Leading Enterprises on Rural Governance in Process of Urbanization——A Case Study of Shimiao Village in Xiangyang

In the process of urbanization,enterprises in the village have become the effective carrier of promoting rural development,crack Three Rural Issues,and cultivating ruralbloodfunction.Relying on the capital,human resources,management and market and other resources to develop the rural real economy,has a significant impact on the rural infrastructure construction,agricultural industrial upgrading,farmers′income increase,rural cultural construction and grassroots autonomy.But the enterprise in the village makes the main body of rural governance diverse and it is bound to bring a new problem in rural governance,so it is of great significance to improve laws and regulations,the legal system and rural social organization of rural governance,achieve prosperity of rural development and the rural economy,increase efforts to support rural development,rural public utilities,and create a sound system of village autonomy.
