Abstract
The development of Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of wheat are restricted because the short of wheat genotype sensitive.This paper uses the method of the transformation expression of gus gene and PCR measure,detected 68 different materials of mature embryos in transformation expression of gus and 8 different materials of plants which were transformed from immature embryos,the results showed that foreign genes can be detect in Yangmai10,Shiluan02-1,Shijiangzhuang5,Zhoumai18,Shangdong01-35,Taishan008,Y9-63and Handan3475,so they are sensitive genotype materials and can be used for the receptor of the Agrobacterium infection;Gus genes were expressed in Yangmai10 and Shiluan02-1,the best effects of infection were resuming training in 14 d.The embryos members of Gus gene expression were increased,and the volume of locus caeruleus were augmented.So Yangmai10 and Shiluan02-1 can be used for the materials of the grading-up system.
