Methods Retrospective study was carried out on 1800 cases of anemia of pregnant women. Results The prevalence rate of iron-deficiency anemia of pregnant women was 8.78%. It rose as the pregnancy period increased. Influencing factors of pregnant women's anemia included pregnancy period, pregnancy and delivery times, education level and age. The prevalence rate rose as the pregnancy period prolonged, the pregnancy and delivery times increased, the age increased and the education level lowered. Conclusion Propaganda and education on healthcare for perinatal period should be enhanced, and intervention should be carried out on the main factors that influence the occurrence of anemia, so as to lower the incidence of anemia, reduce its impact on the pregnant woman and the fetus, and protect their health and safety.
